As per our policy, clients are offered refunds only when the issues are not fixed after the service. The One Time Fix option is available if the client contacts us within 48 hours from the time the issue was fixed. The client has to reach the technical support team and report the issue within 48 hours, and we assure immediate processing and action within 24 hours of the complaint. If our technicians do not fix the issue, a full refund will be provided. Once the refund request is accepted, the refund amount will be credited within 8-10 days.
We advise you to look into our return policies before availing any of our services. Service subscription refund is available only if the customer terminates the subscription within 30 days of availing the service. No refund or return request will be processed after the 30 days. The customer must submit a valid request for the refund request. On the basis of the application, our team will determine if the refund request must be accepted or not. If the customer requires an immediate refund, under certain conditions, our team will credit the amount to the customers account by any means opted at the time of purchase. Otherwise, the duration for a refund is 7-10 working days after the request is processed. If a refund case is exceeding the mentioned period of subscription, customers are asked to return all the catalog and licenses without any damage. The customer is eligible for a refund only when the returned items are in proper condition. If eligible, an acknowledgment mail is sent to the customer.
